Please understand that by providing free services, we cannot guarantee data privacy. Please do not submit photos that are proprietary in nature or any data set that you do not have ownership of.

Furthermore, by using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to display the images and 3D modeling data in connection with our Website and our business.

You agree to indemnify and hold Visualsize and its owners, officers, agents, partners, employees, successors, assigns, licensees, and affiliated entities harmless from any claim or demand.

You furthermore understand that the software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

You agree to free us from any claim, liability, indirect or consequential damages, or damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use of our software.
